Join UBMD Vascular Surgery for a free Vascular Screening event in participation with GreenField Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic and Wellness Center. Screening tests include Carotid Doppler, AAA Screening, Blood Pressure, and Ankle Brachial Index. The free vascular screening event will take place on Saturday, June 8th, from 8 am to 2 pm.
Vascular Screenings are appropriate for all patients 50-60 years old if:
- Family history of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA)
- Tobacco use
- Diabetes
- High cholesterol
- All patients 60+ years old
There will be private screening rooms. Eligibility criteria based on PAD Coalition Guidelines. Patients are eligible for a repeat screening after 3 years. Complimentary refreshments will be served. Receive a free gift with a screening!
