In March of 2018, Dr. Maciej Dryjski completed a term as President of the Association of International Vascular Surgeons (AIVS). At the close of his term, Dr. Dryjski delivered a presidential address titled “How to make open aortic surgery great again” at the 37th AIVS Congress in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Austria. The AIVS successfully brings together leading clinicians and researchers who work towards a common goal to improve patient care.
